Railsons Signalling Engineers is a railway trafic controll engineering company. We helped Railsons to develop market entry strategy and enter Swedish railway traffic controll design market by establishing co-operation with WSP Sweden in the project of designing building specifications for implementation of ERTMS on the imortant Malmbanan line in Northern Sweden. ERTMS (European Rail Traffic Management System) is set to become common traffic management system in the all of Europe creating fast and reliable cross-border rail traffic.

Länsimetro (Westmetro in English) is major rail infrastructure project over the past decade in Finland. This 2,5 billion euros investment will be a core public transportation line in western area of Finland’s capital providing a convenient connection to almost half a million citizens. We helped infrastructure construction company Notre Betoni to winn a tender in regards of civil construction works of Kaitaa metro station.

WSP is one of the world’s leading engineering companies providing services to natural and built environment. Our task was to assist WSP in Estonia to execute Rail Baltic signalling design project for a 200 km line stretching throughout the country. Railway line Rail Baltic shall provide fast and modern rail connection between Northern and Central Europe, further integrating Baltic economies into European common market.

Client: Several construction companies from Estonia Estonia - Finland Project: Tahkoluoto LNG terminal Year: 2014-2016
The energy company Gasum built Finland’s first liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal at the oil and chemical harbour Tahkoluoto in the Port of Pori. Construction of the 81 M€ project began in August 2014 and the terminal was opened in 2016. The facility promotes the use of more environmental friendly fuels to power ships and contributes to the security of gas supply in Finland. Neste Jacobs provided the engineering, procurement and project management services for the site, while Spanish FCC Industrial was responsible for the construction of the LNG tank. We have helped several companies from Estonia to take part in this project as subcontractors in construction Works.

Client: Kelprojektas UAB Project: Rail Baltic, preliminary design Lithuania - Estonia Year: 2012-2013
Kelprojektas UAB is the leading group of transport infrastructure engineering companies in Lithuanian, today owned by Tyrens (Sweden). We helped Kelprojektas to successfully participate in Estonian Rail Baltic preliminary design tender, which resulted in company’s largest contract in rail engineering, winning world’s famous AECOM in a final tender. The project remains till these days’ Estonian largest single infrastructure engineering contract. Railway line Rail Baltic shall provide fast and modern rail connection between Northern and Central Europe, further integrating Baltic economies into European common market.
